If someone searches a motivated house seller phrase like "sell my house fast [insert your location/state/city etc]" you'll usually find 3-8 Carrot client websites controlling page 1 in Google in most every city in America and now up in Canada.

Considering about 70% of America lives paycheck to paycheck, that is far from broke (albeit sad). 

Bottom line real estate in the right atmosphere will do extremely well, why 11 rate hikes and eventually the fed will cut rates and big problem shortage on apartments in America millions units....FYI: leverage game 1 million in my opinion will double maybe triple 7-10 years due to supply demand maybe that's why Warren Buffett just bought home builders....right??

Hi Frederico and welcome to BP.The first question is whether there are multifamily dwellings that are rentals as they could in theory be all condos.In any case, there is a simple reason for why and it’s because Italy doesn’t have the real estate investing culture we have in North America so there’s no sufficient interest in that to have a portal.Also, one of the main things that makes multifamily lucrative in the US is the loan products that are available and they’re not available in Italy.

Steven, are you concerned that since GDP remains strong and inflation has come down gradually since the 9.1% print in June '22, and that largest voting block in America, seniors, is quite happy with getting interest on Treasuries for 1st time in a long time, that maybe the FED won't cut the overnight rate from current 5.25% level much or at all?
