There are some lenders who have strict overlays and that may hurt them if they go through a smaller lender or credit union.

My credit union account shows the following entry:: "Withdrawal RT # NOT DEFINED [TENANT'S NAME HERE] 6060, -$1950.00." indicating that the deposit of the tenant's rent check #6060 in the amount of $1950.00 was reversed, resulting in a debit to my account of that amount.

I think what should happen is that whoever they got it from should be able to email it to that person - so if I applied at trans Union within their system I can add who to send too and it would go to themI wouldn’t trust it coming from someone.
