I looked at other posts and people argue well it depends on what your goal is and age is in real estate and some people like that feeling of having no debt but it’s all about risk!

It's automatic, doesn't give tenants chance to argue or give sob stories, and manage how payments applied.

I agree with you 200% Mark,The times have changed and I'd argue only 1% of people who are "hungry" are actually hungry to do the work required to be successful in this industry.

I think one could argue January wasn't excessively high but I should've been immediately notified when February's bill was posted (March 7) so I could fix timely.
