Thanks in advance, all.I'm currently rehabbing a 2/2 condo tucked away in a very nice little 55+ community in Silver Springs Shores.

He had negotiated with a seller to move the contents of the seller's house to his new location (Lesson 1: Tuck that arrow in your quiver to use when negotiating with a motivated seller). 

This home is a little east of the Tacoma Mall, for area reference--kinda tucked into the area where I-5 does a 90-degree bend. 

The tuck pointing work that needs to be done is massive (basically taking apart exterior walls brick by brick and then putting them back).

The sacrifices which may include spending less even though there is more $ and simply tucking that cash away for more / larger investments.

It is, but it's literally on every single email sent , it's bigger than their signature block not tucked away in some document.

I would buy it, the corner of the foundation is no biggy, do a little point and tuck .

so back to Orygun and WA with my tail tucked between my legs..

I agree is unlikely to be able to split an 80x 100 lot, even if the current house is tucked against one side.
