So basically, we need alot of trial and error and it made wholesaling seem like it was way to difficult for what it was worth.So until recently, I was completely turned off by the thought of wholesaling, but I knew we had to be doing something totally wrong....way wrong, because i was seeing too many people succeeding from it.

The police said the arrest record is not public information until the case is closed (and that length of time depends on the plea and/or a trial).

Did them all and they produced MAYBE 1or 2 buyers and 0 motivated sellers..I was also getting to a point where I was in denial that people made money wholesaling and that it was a big marketing gimmick..i'm slowly but surely changing that mindset..I'm doing a trial site in a last attempt b4 i have to rethink my strategy..Frustrating?
