I'm purchasing a tiny house from my local high school building trades program for 55k.  

It can be difficult because it's your money and your asset and you want to make sure it's property taken care of, but you do have to let go of the reins just a tiny bit and let your peeps do their work.

Looking into new floors (probably LVP), indoor paint (hopefully mostly touch ups), railing on the front stoop/tiny porch, and possibly adding a carport.

I am looking for a place to put a tiny home for short-term rental.

Some friends and I are looking into building Tiny Houses in the Greenville SC area.

The most successful single family investors I know, and I'm talking guys worth solid 8 figures behind them, typically have very tiny offices, one assistant and no partners.

And I do get a return on that prepayment in the form of tiny future additions to principal vs. interest payment.  

@Namit Raisurana I've seen some advertisements from some Tiny Homes companies that can do it for 45-50K.
