So I've heard of roots getting into the plumbing and pipes, but this is the first I've seen where the roots have intruded into the Sump Pump.Sump pump still runs and turns on but we can clearly see the roots in there.

Has anyone bought a home from them? Their deal is that you partner with them to buy single family homes. You get the mortgage in your name only and they will manage the property. Then you split the cash flow.

I just spent all weekend with a rented tracked skidsteer loader with a monster bushhog cutting this bamboo down and grinding it up . it was more than my kubota's bushhog could handle , I still have at least another day with a york rake to clean up and pile the stuff up .At least I can pile it in the back of the lot , it would fill about six 40 yd cans .The fun part was this skidsteer and bushhog ripped thru the bamboo and it would grind up 4 inch saplings , I knocked over a couple trees roots and all came up .

But let's put all of that on hold for a minute.What's really at the root of all of many people seeking a turnkey solution is that they either don't have the capital to enter into real estate in their current market (i.e. you in San Francisco) or you're seeking cash-on-cash returns that are hard to achieve in the Bay Area, San Diego, NYC, etc.
