@Dave Foster , I want to hijak the post for a minute to ask you a subsequent question, if I may.If someone purchased as themselves (Joe Smith), obtained a loan as Joe Smith, quit deeded the property to an LLC, but the LLC ran through Joe Smith's SS# for tax purposes, would it be necessary to move it back to Joe Smith in order to complete the exchange?
