BUT, it's Sunday night, I have a doctor's appointment this week, my left knee hurts and I really need to get that checked out, I've launched some new marketing pieces and expect the phone to be ringing by Wednesday, I have a few rehabs going I need to check on, my truck is full of stuff that needs to be unloaded, I have an appointment with my bookkeeper this week.... 

(He was a tenant in the home)4) Seller was told by his back Doctor that he was going to be unable to walk up the staircase in his home and should consider selling before the scheduled surgery which was 10 days away.5) Seller didn’t have time to clean the kitchen and was too embarrassed to allow strangers in… Kitchen was so full of trash and dishes that were unclean that one could hardly walk to the sink.6) Seller was being abused by his wife and didn’t want to explain the fist holes in the walls and doors.7) Seller ran a multi room internet porn café out of his house and didn’t want anyone to know or impede his income.8) Double homicide where the bodies were left for a week… (Smelled like money)9) Seller hated real estate agents so much that he refused to earn more money by selling himself or hiring them.10) I could see the sky through the ceiling and the seller didn’t have money for the repairs.

The next morning all the doctors and nurses waited around after their shifts and were as happy as us when they found a heartbeat.

That includes researchers, scientists, doctors, human aid workers, authors and journalists. 

So if your a cop and went to work as cop for another department that is ok, if your a cop and went to be a doctor that would not be ok.

Most, or basically all, of the highest earning employees in these industries--doctors, specialists, professors, university/medical administration--relocate to Champaign/Urbana from elsewhere in the US and internationally.

I even got my personal friend, a Medical Doctor for 30 years, stop by every once in a while to check on her.I don't expect any physical rewards for my charity because the best rewards is the gift of giving.

The HR people did each say, without me asking them, they have a frequent need for temporary housing for doctors and administrators coming in temporarily or permanently because inventory is so low for bath buying and renting homes. 

We have the Medical Doctor, Physician’s Assistant, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistants etc.

There are three people you never lie to: Doctor, Lawyer and accountant.
