I would offer to make the changes myself with a rent increase that would cover a 24-30 month ROI.You go girl!

Suffice it to say, I held the title of "Snake Master" after a certain Girl Scout outing. 

It's usually young girls that obtain the apartments and off-lease "boyfriends" conducting the business.

We've rented for 3 years with zero issues. 7 months ago we rented to a girl named Sandi and another girl named Lily.

But the old girl would then count her minutes & only pay for the time she used NOT the ongoing monthly costs. 

When I wrote the lease, I put in that the lease was for 1 tenant only with no more than 1 additional to be added and that the procedure for the additional tenant would be the same as it was for the original tenant with an increase in X amount of rent so they knew when they signed the lease that should they decide to add their boy/girl friend that this is what would happen.

When I am especially in my feels I turn to the 90's and hit up my girl's Toni Braxton and Celine Dion. 

I'd hate to put MORE stress on these girls who just lost their mom.
