I have no experience with this, and have been reading every book I can get my hands on, yet the software I'm working with really doesn't allow me to do what I want.

The old book is a bit confusing because it was written for the older calculators so there was an extra step that is no longer required.

Based on his business structure recommendations from that book, I will assume his "Start Your Own Corporation" will give you a deeper dive into that sort of stuff.

This book is very dense in mathematics and as an engineer you can appreciate the hard numbers without the dressing up to make it "interesting".

This book is a great resource that has helped me with my rehabs. 

I recently read(audiobook) Rich Dad Poor Dad and realized quickly why 85% of the podcast guests use it as their favorite real estate book, I loved it.
