Currently I work in retail management in the supplement industry.

Place looks great @Brian Pulaski, congrats on the flip, hard work but works out to be a nice supplement. 20hrs / week for 5 months puts you at 400yrs, 40k profit get you $100/hr, not a bad part time job!

In my market the nurses have a choice to put the allowance towards the rental and supplement it.

It won't be a permanent supplement to a lack of income to service the mortgage debt.  

We have 11 units in #DFW and hoping to start to do Property Management for other investors in the area to help supplement our cashflow and scale our business. 

I see this as a supplemental niche strategy.

I am now thinking of getting my RE license to help supplement my marketing because I friends and family know I know what I am talking about so they ask me questions and then go buy from a realtor.

The competition has been growing rapidly for the REO's so I am going to supplement with direct mail again.

I use Excel pretty much exclusively but am getting the need for some supplemental software to keep track of Business Cards, Invoices, PM Reports, Receipts, etc...

You can increase the liability coverage on your regular homeowners insurance and also get a supplemental 'umbrella' policy, with can increase the liability limits further.
