It presents challenges if you are trying to add on or build a larger building because of setbacks but as Jim stated it can lead to some cool architectural solutions.

HOWEVER - and this is a strong however - a bank could have an "overlay" that that add ON TOP of the Fannie/Freddie guidelines.

I never used Xero, but it looks like there are add-on property management software you can use.

Now, this is not directed at you, personally, @Brian Garlington , but rather an add-on thought.This is why, even when I have a pro PM managing a unit, I STILL want to have a direct relationship with my tenants and they have my cell #.
