Some property owners can be hard to track down as I am sure that they get contacted by creditors all the time.Is there anyone in BP who works with a tax suit attorney or anyone involved in the suit to let the defendant know that there are cash buyers out there for them if it helps their problem?

I did a lot of researching the title on my own and the bank foreclosing is the 1st mortgage holder with everything else being a second or other judgements but I was told by a title company that those would be wiped out in the sale as long as everyone was properly notified and named as defendents in the foreclosure.

As a second lien holder you also have the right to defend your position and keep the payments current on the first mortgage in order to keep the first mortgage holder from foreclosing and wiping you out.
