Just find another PM, even Renters Warehouse if they exist in your market. 

@Tuline MaDepending on the sound, it could be the house expanding and contracting as the house heats/cools with the daytime/nighttime temperatures.

That is pretty much a death sentence for a landlord because frigid temperatures combined with FEET of lake effect snow all the time does't motivate anyone to move.

Im looking for a way to supplement (save $$) on a current system in one of my rentals and i am looking at having a Hyper-Heating H2i System installed-supposedly it can cool and heat within temperature paramaters.

It's called a BTU meter, measures the temperature and flow of incoming and outgoing water to determine how many BTUs the tenant has used.

(The temperature in the bags needs to be 100+ F, so you might want to use a heater of some kind- around 48 hours at this temperature should kill all the fleas)Buy some Diatomaceous Earth and spread it all across the carpet and make sure it gets in deep into the fibers.

My question is, has anybody that bought an investment property in an area where a fulfillment center was built actually seen an increase in the property value or average market rents that you can attribute to the opening of the warehouse?
