I stick to turn key but will be shifting to rehabs in the next year or so, or at least that is the plan.As for running cops with quality factored in, it is really more of an art than a science. 

A little about me, I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos in August of 2015 (in three years) with a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Science and Management and a Business minor.

I may be biased because most of my hobbies are in computer science and surrounding topics, but the value people see in Bitcoin (BTC) is (almost) completely derivative of the devaluation of fiat currency. 

I am fascinated with partnering and understanding the art and science of it.

For an investor, a house holds no emotional value, it is just a bunch of frames, drywall and roof, building and fixing which is not rocket science.

Like I said so many times to so many people, "this is not rocket science".

This business isn't easy, but it's not rocket science.  

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages certainly, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses.

There is an art and science to this. 

During the crash of 2009 we settled in Bloomington, Indiana (sight unseen) where I have now completed two degrees at Indiana University (BS in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation and an MS in Information Science).
