Since rents are pretty standard in most markets and don't fluctuate much.. and since the homes can be bought for wildly different numbers IE what a wholesaler pays by the time its gone through rehab and mark up for profits for all involved the number is much higher than an Identical property that say a local bought and did it all them selves. and since in most turn key areas at least sub 80k or so retail sales are far and few between..

I currently have "regular" rental properties and for the most part understand in my area at least how much say a 200-250k house can rent for each month with a year lease but have no idea where to start in trying to determine the potential rents of a vacation property.
