First, I am in the belief that you are better off owning property in Southern California "over the long term" vs. a rental property in the cities you mentioned (yes, I know cap rates are better in the middle states but we are talking long term).

@Kevin Wilson I was listening to a BP podcast again today, and David reiterated his belief that a person does not have to get 100% of the money back out for a BRRRR to be successful.

Also I am also now employed by a self storage operator so my opinion is probably is not objective.I was a professional sale person who "retired" on 3/31/2018 to launch the investment arm of self storage business due to my belief in the fundamentals of this asset class. 

I've kind of always hated government, but this experience reinforces my beliefs..

My belief is that there is a hefty a.k.a. expensive premium to pay for A props over B props.In your research about Independence for one thing, it has to do more with the high school.

It is my firm belief that the laws as originally written and intended did not consider assigning a contract as offering a brokerage service.

It just complicated the jobs beyond belief and slowed everything down.
