If you put in enough crappy offers some will get accepted.Note this is NO different than sending out 1000 postcards, getting 20 calls, that end up being 7 warm leads that turn into 1 deal.The marketers will say that you will want to keep mailing that list and you will get better responses on the follow ups especially once you hit them 5, 6, 7+ times.
