Moved a couple walls, remodeled two bathrooms, added a third bathroom, remodeled kitchen, new windows and doors, added a window, resurfaced pool, landscaping front and back, added a back patio area, interior and exterior paint, roof repair, termite treatment, new flooring throughout, etc, and some surprises when opening up walls and floors.Sweated for a month with no offers then got 2 full price offers the same weekend.

If they accepted your offer to fill up their little plastic can, they were most likely genuine, but many of them insisted on get the money and "filling up themselfs"

I do have a fence up for the area that is near the outdoor patio but the property is over an acre and thru the woods so a full privacy fence enclosure would be cost and logistically prohibitive and it wouldn't stop noise, which is the main problem--even though there are acres surrounding the properties.I did ask both tenants more than once to report incidents but neither one of them wanted to deal with it and just opted to leave.

That ceiling is silver painted plastic tiles in a drop ceiling grid instead of fibreboard, I couldn't get rid of the drop ceiling easily.
