It just didn't work for me...as I said though, that was quite a while ago, before I joined HomeUnion...in fact, I found HomeUnion while I was doing that research and ended up joining the company because I loved the vision, a vision that is now a realty....but I digress...For some, managing the property directly is the way to go.

there is plenty of examples of neighborhoods turning around based on the demand for affordable housing and the efforts of early movers like yourself, Harlem in New York City Park Slope Brooklyn,etc , fremont street Las Vegas  its led by the vision of investors like yourself  good luck

We look for people who share the same vision as we do.  

Seems like you have a pretty clear cut vision of what you want to do and that’s going to save you so much time!

If you've got the cash, time and vision, you can make it happen.

As far as I'm concerned, the closer the better, but I also understand that I shouldn't get tunnel vision. 

During the initial construction phase allow them to come in and show them your vision.

I just have this vision of a spiteful real estate investor posting his competitor's signs to get the other guy into trouble.

Additionally, it would be nice to meet like minded people in the Dallas area with the same visions of success.
