I use a combination of websites...there isn't just one and City of Milwaukee changed their sites again (I hate their IT people 😋) For judgements & liens, use WI CCAPFor tax balances, use county assessor websites.I use REIPro which shows if there is a mortgage but Stewart Title has an app too that does this and they are an amazing title company too...Tammy Kloehn.Â

The main thing PropertyRadar is missing is "involuntary" liens - judgements, tax liens, etc.Not sure what you mean by "fake sites".

If only LR's wern't so insecure and archaic in comparison to the worlds leasing practices, life would be easier and more secure.Without ss# it's pretty difficult to file a successful judgement against them, unless they have an unusual name.

You may want to consider a clause that says something like this: "Tenant understands that any court judgements or collection accounts related to tenants's default on rent payments could adversely impact tenant's credit rating and ability to rent or purchase property in the future."
