see I have no other means except hard money No assets to re fi no car payments no job so I don't see how you could get loans for 300k any other way

Have to give up too much in taxes, which I abhor.Will- Don't forget , you can acquire cash flow with a re-fi--and all tax free- don't have to sell to cash in.Jon- NEVER SELL and no tax consequences.

I admit the show's format is a little different then your usual sci fi dramas but I like how it keeps you guessing most of the time.In fact I didn't even think that girl set up Walker's girlfriend that was a pretty cool serve.

We are about to start into the MF arena, and being able to re-fi after a value-add seasoning period, the main banks were a considered avenue.

What method of buying would potentially be in my best interest -buy, re-fi then repay in a lump sum (considering the deal is good enough to support that) or simply repaying over time?
