. ;)Full set of pots and pans, 6 different skillets, wok, large roasting pan, 2 steamers, 2 coffee makers, 2 keurigs, 24 sets of plates/bowls, many glasses (wine, beer, drinking, tall, short, margarita etc), 12 sets of kids plates/bowls/cups, 3 sizes of ZipLoc bags, aluminum foil, parchment paper, Saran Wrap, 24 sets of silverware, many serving spoons/forks, 16 different knives, mandolin (veggie slicer), knife sharpener, scissors, 3 meat thermometers, 6 whisks, dough scrapers, chop sticks, 4 casserole pans, 4 cake pans (round, square, rectangle), 4 bread pans, 8 serving bowls, baking sheets (1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 2 of each), air fryer, crockpot, espresso machine, 2 blenders...the list goes on.Also a bunch of small appliances like mixers, hand blenders, waffle makers, single egg cookers etc etc.

It is a blast dreaming about all the possibilities......it used to be our favorite thing in the evenings...drinking wine and searching for houses.. :-)

People who have everything in their own name have everything at risk.Some folks also don't consider what happens if they personally do something wrong that brings about a lawsuit (i.e. had 2 drinks and got in an accident).

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

I started to look into the things he was billing me for, and there were lots of personal items like drinks and food.

It would make a great rental.4) Morally, I feel like my aunt (by marriage to my uncle) should be entitled to the money (sadly, she is just going to use it all on drugs and alcohol.)
