Would you recommend buying say a B class duplex over a C class fourplex at a similar price point?

Here there is no written agreement regarding the rents, so my question becomes what does the law say a custodian may do with the money under his/her control?

That might be the easy thing to say as a onlooker, but is that the easy thing to do as an investor?

Within that period of time, I felt that I will be in need of "security" due to say a mortgage/kids/family, and that will chain me from taking risks.

You have a better chance of getting a deal sooner with a web of strategies working for you (let's say a "web" being at least 10 strategies).

Can you sell it and write off the loss against say a good year in stocks?
