Google had advantages for collaboration, but I don’t think that has much value for me.

The way I chose to communicate with the user group was to ask for a list, prioritize it, vote on it and then communicate the direction and tasks for the next 6 months until we did it all over again.  

That being said going back to vampires - a true investor should prioritize opportunity.

The best play would be to do what I've seen @Dennis Burian do and grab coffee with some members of the OKC RE community and learn how to maximize collaboration. 

I don't think you should prioritize paying it off.Instead, I think you should prioritize using your savings to find investments that can make you more than 4.25%.
