My tenant profile is mainly 20 somethings and I point out that the new iPhone will have to be purchase with cash if they have negative strikes on their credit. ... find the pain point and press... and for students, find parents pain point also (co-signer)... usually car loan and/ or mortgage.

Hey guys, I am getting into foreclosure investing and have a couple questions since going through almost 500 listings from my county clerks website.1) Is it even possible to strike a deal with the homeowner before the house goes to auction if it has ALREADY been scheduled an auction date?

He did mention he would be willing to partner up on a deal if it strikes his interest, but i would need to provide at least 30% of the funds which is also the reason im saving for such a large dp.

The headline reactionary mentality strikes again....... immediate outrage.......Relax.... there are LOTS of states, cities and counties that don't allow evictions or shutting off utilities etc in winter..... the sheriff wont kick them out.....this is NOTHING new.Its the fact that's its Seattle that has people all riled up..... like SF it's a common target as some liberal catastrophe that should be used as an example of all that is wrong in our country......Relax...... its nothing new.....
