Training section 8 tenants is much more difficult, verging on impossible in many cases, than your normal tenant demographic and their mindset/attitude often makes intensive hands on management mandatory.

AirBnB is very time intensive, lots of call taken and made to set up cleaning, adding snacks, overseeing the cleaning people,yard maintenance, answering requests from guests, etc.

@Steve KingA lot of turnkey companies don't have the capacity to keep holding properties as buying, renovating, and holding properties can be capital-intensive and some of these companies manage and sell hundreds of properties.
