Sometimes it feels like one crisis after another doesn’t it ?

Both claim to rely on publicly available crime data, which has left me scratching my head.I can see how Kensington can be conflicting, seeing how parts of it are a literal warzone of the opioid crisis, while others are getting gentrified.

Hi everyone,With this "supposedly next financial crisis " near by, does anyone have any recommendations of what to do with our real estate investments?

This crisis is still relatively new. 

Buy good assets, don't stretch yourself to far and keep reserves.The financial crisis is still fresh in peoples minds so all the doom and gloom people on bp and everywhere think the next one is imminent, and that it will be just as bad.  

This tenant doesn't have email so he didn't get my letter about the crisis.
