I like that idea, but would probably have to amend the lease. 

Last I heard federal taxes are only amendable up to 3 years behind but imagine if you loss 10 years of depreciation benefit but were responsible for the recapture.

I agree 100% with Trevor it seems that it's not the education keyspire offers that is important, it's the relationships and connections that can be made.I have amended my disclosure to MAYBE as I had a conversation with the customer service people and altho a refund was out of the question they did offer some extra's and appeasements.

If the construction is not substantially completed there shall be a statement to that effect, and, upon substantial completion of construction, the developer or association shall amend the dec to include the certification. 

There is no language in the lease to report any issues immediately which will be amended.

Simple: have them sign an amendment to the lease stating the new name of the property owner. 

My 1 year lease to my tenant is about to expire and they want to stay another year.Do I need to create a whole new contract or is there some of of just amending the current one for another year?

Thy go through the back ground check and we sign a new lease (or an amendment) to release the other one of their obligations and add the new person.  

I see no problem with them moving in early if you can amend lease and they will pay for those 8 days.
