Last I heard federal taxes are only amendable up to 3 years behind but imagine if you loss 10 years of depreciation benefit but were responsible for the recapture.

I agree 100% with Trevor it seems that it's not the education keyspire offers that is important, it's the relationships and connections that can be made.I have amended my disclosure to MAYBE as I had a conversation with the customer service people and altho a refund was out of the question they did offer some extra's and appeasements.

If the construction is not substantially completed there shall be a statement to that effect, and, upon substantial completion of construction, the developer or association shall amend the dec to include the certification.

I see no problem with them moving in early if you can amend lease and they will pay for those 8 days.
