On a previous project we came up a couple inches short and I had to order a new cabinet from Home Depot which delayed me 5 weeks.

I dug 6 inches below the sidewalk grade, trucked out about 30 1-yard trucks of soil, packed in 4 inches of concrete base and 2 to 3 inches of gold-colored rocks.

I'll probably continue to take care of the work myself (at least for now) when accumulation is low like 4-6 inches or less... but the 6-12 inch nonsense like we had last night is something I'd much rather outsource lol.

So it’s just waiting for a market that may never come while combing every inch of my target area every day while trying to figure out ways to get consistent passive income that’s provable so that I can qualify for a higher mortgage.  

Even if every unit is "Identical" doesn't mean the builder built them to the inch measurements... so if the wall is 1 inch shorter, you could have issues trying to do pre-fabbed work there.

I can get the good 1/2 inch 8lb pad for cost too.

If you plan on hiring out the PM I would factor 7-10% for New Britain.Lawn/Snow: I pay $50 every time it snows over 2-3 inches for my driveway to be plowed, I would shop around for different quotes.I mow my own lawns but I've received quotes of $40 for this particular lawn (not large).
