Even if every unit is "Identical" doesn't mean the builder built them to the inch measurements... so if the wall is 1 inch shorter, you could have issues trying to do pre-fabbed work there.

If you plan on hiring out the PM I would factor 7-10% for New Britain.Lawn/Snow: I pay $50 every time it snows over 2-3 inches for my driveway to be plowed, I would shop around for different quotes.I mow my own lawns but I've received quotes of $40 for this particular lawn (not large).
