Some tertiary markets are OK but it's risky to be investing in tiny towns where re-tenanting and/or re-selling can be challenging. 

Success is a combination of failures, personal strengths, self-awareness of personal weakness, and a million failures combine with tiny little successes mixed in.

I'd like to help cities provide workforce housing + increase density by identifying SF lots that can be rezoned to duplex, triplex, MF, or tiny house on foundation village (if not ID'd in future zoning plan then it's near-enough/adjacent and has potential)
