Tom Mack Problems buying a Countrywide Foreclosure!
10 June 2009 | 10 replies
Well - I don't know the laws in your state - and Countrywide - at least the asset manager on this and your Realtor prob. don't either - but if Countrywide cannot provide clean title - which should be a part of your PA then I would walk and threaten to sue to get your EMD back.I am not a sue happy guy and maybe there is some pressure you can put on the realtor - but I would make it be known your not happy and because CW can't give you clean title then it is time to part ways.As others have said in this market there are so many other homes out there to go spend time on.You calling CW or spending time calling CW is a complete and total waste of time.
