They are all important and cash flow keeps the ship floating in turbulent waters while appreciation and equity happen over time

Most people I see change bc they feel they dont get the personal attention or if something goes wrong they want to jump ship.

This ship has sailed for me - I'm pretty settled in to my home and, more importantly, so are my wife and daughter. 

Price was comparable, shipping was pretty quick - 4 weeks, which is not bad at all during COVID.

Thus, buildings, swimming pools, paved parking areas, wharves and docks, bridges, and fences are not tangible personal property.
