I know you can set up automatic searches through your MLS or your agency but I have found in my neck of the woods those tend to run about 24 hours later than stuff actually gets listed which means if you’re waiting on those someone else may get their offers in first.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

In my neck of the woods they would actually condemn the house and declare it unoccupiable, i.e., they would literally lock it down with huge sheets of plywood.
