They, along with any other lien holders, people who were named as having an interest, etc, can still object to the foreclosure, by nature of being defendants.

The idea is to remain calm, address the judge politely ("your honor"), not speak until you are spoken to, NOT argue with the defendant (if your tenants even bother to show up; many don't), have a copy of your lease with you that outlines the parts they have violated, have evidence that you have provided them with the proper notice to vacate and state your side of the case quickly and clearly.Judges who handle these type of cases have heard all of this MANY times before.

Maybe thats part of their business model - but I didn't' appreciate the shade... and it's one of the reasons why I do not invest with them anymore.there simply is no defending these folks in any manner..
