So I left and started my own company and haven't looked back ever since.I became unemployable about 30 years ago, because I don't "play good" in corporate life. ;-) I still don't understand why people stay in the corporate world when there is so much more life and financial freedom out there.

That's why for my LLC purposes, I did not file it myself, but had a third-party file on my behalf, so my name is nowhere to be found on the incorporation document itself OR the Ohio business registry.

I have asked for their EIN, state of incorporation and names of principals and also a copy of the detailed contract.It's not a traditional purchase offer.
