Hard to say you "changed your mind" when your behavior doesn't change isn't it :)Be bold Be thorough and use your professionals and their accumulated wisdom.  

SO you are taking the wrong conclusion that the behavior of people clicking on your ads look and feel like those in desperate need to sell.Your data does NOT represent motivated sellers.

I moved out of the unit in January as I found someone to rent and in the first month of the new tenant living there they too filed a complaint against the below tenant as they heard verbally abusive behavior as well.

I cross reference between them to make sure it makes sense.If I see any issue I ask the applicant and if they are responsive and honest with their answers then there is more chances I will accept them then someone that is not honest with their answers or take to long to respond.I test both financial stability of the applicants and their behavior and attitude.

Wow - bummer.I'm very glad that this type of behavior isn't prevalent in our area.I guess the only real solution is to visit the properties on a more regular basis.Good luck to you.

You can't put your head in the sand or turn a blind eye, you know what is usual and responsible and what constitutes strange behavior, so if you see something, say something. :)

You might want to start another post in the "site questions" forum if you want to see this kind of behavior; discussing it further here would be getting too far off topic.And if you have any other questions that you would direct at a "BP site mentor", then post those in the "site questions" forum - you gain the entire member base as potential mentors; some of whom will know some solutions or workarounds for whatever is troubling you regarding the BP site.Now, as to your original post in this thread: Sometimes you will find that people are thinner skinned than you expect.

Part of that case will be demonstrating a pattern of discriminatory behavior from you.
