Be just as wary about tenants that show passive-aggressive behavior.

Second, you're now on notice that there is questionable behavior.  

However, I don't have data or statistics (and haven't seen any reports elsewhere) to show how much is simply pent up demand vs a shift a major shift in behavior.

But none of this seems drastic enough to make them want to change their behavior.

An enabler is a figure in a troubled person's life who enables the addict to continue on in their troubled ways well past the point that they should have seen the error of their ways, shielding them from the full impact and consequences of their behavior. 

There is supposed to be something along these lines in Ontario but I have heard it takes some pretty extreme behavior before the Landlord and Tenant Board will authorise an eviction for this alone.You could just try cash for keys.

Is this behavior something that slipped through the cracks or is this acceptable by current BP standards.

You can’t micro manage and change locks from and you will be forced to master the correct behaviors. 

Experience tells me big realtor lady would probably let this little deal go BUT If the bad behavior was not based on the PM not delivering the offer she might get real pissed and she really wouldn't have to spend much to bring any deal to a halt.I would have gone to realtor first if I'd had proof.
