For my upcoming STR I've worked out a deal with a neighbor who will help manage moving trash and recycling bins on proper days and I will get another large bin and possibly a bear box to surround the bins to accommodate for more trash + thwart animals.

Luckily, I think we just barely have room to add the required parking, so we plan to continue the build as usual, but we will have to scrap the planned outdoor space to accommodate the parking.

Will the bedrooms be large enough to accommodate two residents comfortably (and by regulation/licensing requirements)?

Florida has been beyond accommodating supplying me with tax delinquency lists and most of what I’m seeing are those infill lots right around that 1 acre or smaller range.

It would work something like this: I would delay sale of my condo until a couple months prior to timing of the new build completion date, so as to accommodate 1031 time requirements.

The nearest town with decent accommodations for travelers is Cave City and it is just motels.

Now I have renters in there and the current property is much closer to work and accommodates my family size.
