Hey @Dave BakerI am not familiar with Colne Valley but that specific development looks very nice.If you are looking to rent, you'll certainly be paying a big premium price for an apartment in that development compared to our apartment in that area.If you want to stay in a place where you have good facilities, it is probably the place to be but not necessarily the best value for your money.It depends on your preferences and what you value most.I used to live in a similar development for many years in the south east side of London.
