Hi Everyone,Just wondering what your opinions are on the best pick up truck for hauling around furniture to rentals?

My plan for this home is to turn it into a medium term rental so we're leaving all the furniture and supplies behind!

I had spent over a month contacting prospective investors who would be interested in providing some of the capital required for the furniture/amenities required to prepare the property as a Short Term Rental.

@Allen Claussen good points by @Seth Ferguson, also try to think what would you need as a student: furnitures apartment (for a higher rent),it does not have to be fancy expensive one. 

The problem I have is tenants bring there own furniture, and don't take it with them when they leave.   

Water can freeze in between cracks in cement and lead to additional deterioration.Other things:The attic is full of trash, left over furnitures, the garage floor is full of left over wood chips.

Plus you have the initial capital of the furniture and all that.

Otherwise, it's commingling funds, and the big bad guys will be hauling off your furniture tomorrow morning.

Do the have furniture there?

Recently i became concerned about the condition of one of my rental units due to the erratic behavior of my tenant -- furniture on the front porch, garbage in the yard, long rambling texts complaining about the unit, etc...I gave her notice that I was coming to tour the unit with a handyman to do a routine safety and maintenance check.
