Our American culture  and lifestyle leaves us dehydrated .

I rent as well, and it was a culture shock when I moved here and started looking for an apartment.

It’s funny how the mind works when it comes to fear and what our cultural beliefs are .

Also, most who operate within the section 8 space who are successful understand the community, culture and treat their tenant base with mutual respect.

Also, it may be interesting to have tenants that are certain professions or backgrounds and cultures that  one landlord may "like"(or not) more than the another, for a host of reasons.

China is getting crushed by the financial ramifications of the virus -- two-thirds of Chinese firms have less than two months of cash reserves, and much of the Chinese infrastructure has already been shut down for a month now. 

However, over time, I think something got lost in translation during the quest for survival and some have just focussed on self, bringing to fruition the me-me-me culture. 

It doesn't matter how much it costs, we can't afford the destructive mayhem of deadbeat-dad mentality as a culture.

There is a culture of manipulation, lying and cheating in China that people in the US can't fathom. 

You do need to know the language, culture and customs.
