Would you rather be home based in the Bay Area with tons of things to do nearby, good weather, lots of nature, etc. or someplace with little culture, extreme temperatures, bland immediate environment, etc., etc.

Well during the closing process someone turned off the heat and knowing there were some leaks in the roof we saw that the temperature fluctuations caused the moisture in the house to expand and contract to cause our plaster to crumble whenever touched.

Hi Michelle,Yes, I think a better contractor would have helped, but the main issue I have is when the OAT is around 12F or below with an inside temperature at 68F (a delta of ~55F or more) I get heavy frosting on the exterior (cold) surfaces, in localized areas.

Add some beautiful aromas, set the perfect temperature and voila!...

I am looking to purchase a warehouse in Florida, and would love to hear from anyone in the States who has experience and is willing to share.

Please can you share any experience installing a underlayment to help with imperfections and or help with insulation in cold temperatures?

I can't imagine how fogging would work: some of the (toxic) molds are resistant to extremes of temperatures.

If active a warehouse type business might want to locate there.

Joes hospital will be opening up and about 5 miles down the road there is an Amazon warehouse opening up.
