My clients at the time looked at niche.com and greatschools.net and THEN would pick their preferred private or public school, tour the schools and THEN look at housing in those areas.

The only way I would even remotely consider this is if the tenants are rock stars on every other level, willing to pay a HUGE deposit, a reasonable monthly pet fee AND I can tour/inspect their current residence and its IMMACULATE.... which it won't be.....I let pets at one of my units.. and not the other......And I'm a DVM....so dont get me started on some of the stupid comments about pets in the replies

As a result my policy is now to say, "thanks for your interest, but give me a call when you get to town and if it's still available, I'd be happy to meet you and give you a tour."
