and PS I have owned 4 MHP s  over the years so its something I am familiar with my normal routine though is to find a tweaker infested one and turn it around and resell and make $$$

The people I'm in a group with routinely do deals with none of their own money or credit.

It has been nothing but the routine maintenance since I bought it about 11 years ago.
