So after listening to that many episodes, you know that step one is to figure out your long term goals and vision!

I don't share the same vision of the future many do in this thread.

My vision is to own cash flowing assets in countries who use the world's 3-5 most traded currencies (USD, CAD, EUR, AUD, etc).I do know that the real estate systems in Europe vary by country.

Very generally what you need to do is get a very clear vision of what you intend to do, then develop your plan.

The properties will be under various stages of construction, will have electricity on, but will not have traditional internet access.I am looking for something where I could possibly either use a portable wifi hotspot or 3G streaming to a cloud-based DVR type setup that I could access any time using the internet, and would have large enough storage to hold (at least) a week's worth of video, and would have night vision and motion sensing technology, and support multiple cameras for different sides of the house.From the research I've done so far, it seems like most wireless cameras like this require a static IP address (i.e. a portable hotspot would not work). 

Surround yourself with people who believe in you and your vision - you'll need them when times get rough. 

I get the part about having a vision for a lifestyle, however it comes across to me like you're trying to 'buy' a job. 

I recently wrote to someone in another thread that concern over how to afford it can be taken as a gauge of a person's readiness or suitability to take on an entrepreneurial endeavor.Y'know, I have peripheral neuropathy, and it's REALLY hard to type some of those long words without messing 'em up!
