I'm in love with this new saying I've been hearing from RE investors of all types regarding a myriad of practical, business, moral/ethical and even legal issues.

I'm looking for moral support as I consider moving funds from 403B accounts (heavily invested in equities) to Solo and self-direct accounts (mine and my husbands) for the purpose of acquiring buy and hold properties.

I won't be doing that again.I'm pretty sure the taboo subjects are money, politics... and bandit signs.I don't judge any of my actions ethical vs unethical, or moral vs immoral.

It might be a predicament that many places are facing, but you can't just trust two realtors.

It seems that you are trying to take the moral high ground with the type of investing that you do where you come in buying a SS, give the opportunity for the homeowner to stay in the home and thus save the day.

Things like ethics and morals should trump it.

I have no intentions of ever not paying I want this for my family and myself plus my morals would allow me to do so.
