I'm biased, but I won't invest in any property that has a homeowners association unless it's way too good to pass up. 

I would be bias since I have lived in ND my whole life, but I own rentals here and always wonder why there is not much talk of the state in the forms or marketplace.

Although I'm relatively biased, I'm quite optimistic about the future of the Louisville real estate market.

I was born and raised here in Chattanooga, so I'm admittedly biased haha, but I think you'd love it here.

It's a personal bias, but it puts a degree of separation between myself and the lender, which I am not fond of.
