*If 2x4 or 3x6 (regular subway tile) used, try to get the matching bullnose pieces with it for the ends and around the shampoo box if any, otherwise use a 8' metal end piece (like schluder metal trim).

I was trying to research online and it was mentioned that the neighbor that has incurred damage could have hired an arborist when he noticed a problem and have the roots trimmed before it led to more damage.

After two weeks, the moisture would have wicked up into the walls and base trim, depending on material, and as long as moisture is present mold/mildew will grow and spread.Mold Remediation is just a fancy phrase for "blank check, please".

There are cases suggesting that even just taking care of a land (e.g. by mowing, trimming, removing snow, etc.) is enough to establish adverse possession.Note that if the sewer authority needs to tear down parts of the fence to service the sewer line, it will do so regardless of who owns the land where the fence is located.
